Which Python version do I need?
DeDop is compatible with Python version 3.6 or later. Although it is possible to install dedop from source using the official python distribution, we recommend using Anaconda or Miniconda.
Do I need DeDop Studio in order to use DeDop Core?
No, it is possible to use the DeDop Core processor without installing the DeDop Studio user interface. However, if you wish to use DeDop Studio you must also install DeDop Core
Where can I find more information on how to use DeDop?
The online user manual contains complete instructions on how to install and use DeDop.
What are the system requirements for DeDop?
We recommend running DeDop on a system with at least 2 GB of RAM and a 2 GHz or higher processor. You'll also need enough hard drive space to install the software (up to 4 GB) and the data files you want to process.
If you've having difficulty running DeDop Studio on your system, try using DeDop Core from the command line instead.
